Hi, my name is Marika Tomkins, and I am a certified health coach. I graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in March of 2014. I want to tell you that the time is now. Let’s not wait another minute to step onto your journey towards your best health & self.
Most likely, I’m a lot like you. I am mom. I am a professional. I am funny and sincere.
I am also gifted at helping others reach their health and lifestyle optimal.
I get you and I get that you have a lot going on everyday. I also get that your biggest hurdle to feeling more abundant, healthy, relaxed, and sexy is that you are blinded by your everyday schedule. I get that you probably that you think you should be able to do it all, especially managing your health and wellness. I am here to tell you that it is so much easier to become your best when you have a kick-ass support system, one that challenges you, loves you, and makes you laugh.

In my past life as a single woman, I hiked 900 miles on the Pacific Crest Trail, averaging 25 miles per day. I was a sport rock climber. I worked in non-profit social and educational management for 15 years.
I have birthed very large babies without intervention.
I teach a Nia classes almost everyday. I use essential oils for wellness, courage, and inspiration.
I know first hand the power of eating whole foods and how to use nutrition as a lifestyle and flagship of self love. I have been overweight and lost significant weight through learning how to eat a 80/20 diet (85% awesome nutrition/15% not awesome, but often delish.)
I speak decent travel spanish. I enjoy public speaking. Gardening is my sanctuary.
I am borderline obsessed with how to make mind shifts that lead to lifestyle improvement. I believe in the underdog. I love learning about how people build the lives of their dreams.
